Euro Up, Yen Falls

The euro climbed to a near three-week high against the dollar in Asia Tuesday as concerns over the Greek debt crisis eased, while the yen fell broadly against major currencies after Moody's Investors Service placed Japan's debt ratings under review for a possible downgrade.
